Follow the Call is an organization that encourages pastors to identify and invest in men who have aspirations of pursuing vocational ministry. We provide tools and resources to understand and discern the call to ministry. We share a proven framework to walk alongside men as they explore the call. Our aim is to encourage and partner with ministry leaders to equip and mobilize a new generation of disciple makers.
We are calling out to state convention leaders, association leaders, pastors and every Christian because every follower of Christ is called to do the work of ministry (Ephesians 4:12). Please join us in our cause to raise up thousands of men for vocational ministry. We need boots on the ground to assist in this essential cause.
The model for our construct is Jesus! He invested and walked with a small group of men who changed the world. Jesus was perfect, therefore His methodology was perfect. Our aim is to encourage associations and churches to embrace His model. He prayed to the Father to provide him the right choices, He selected the men and then walked alongside of them (Luke 6:12-16). Jesus provided a framework for them to be able to watch, learn and grow.

Just as Jesus modeled the work of ministry for his disciples, we are to do the same today. Considering this, there are multiple obvious questions for you to answer.
(1) Are you praying asking for God to help you identify disciple making leaders?
(2) Who have you identified that you are praying for to consider next steps?
(3) How are you partnering with pastors in your geographic area so multiple men on the same path can share in the experience of learning how to discern the call together in a fashion that strengthens and emboldens the body of Christ?
