Our goal is to encourage pastors to invest in emerging leaders and raise up men to lead in every church!
Our services are directly linked to our mission to empower men to follow God’s call and to provide tools for mentorship.
Pastors in today’s church have an array of duties which can seem overwhelming. Our role is to assist pastors identify men to help in the residency building process to raise up men as leaders in their church. Our hope is through discipleship, some of these men may be identified as candidates to consider a true call to the ministry.
Our role includes providing tools for pastoral discipleship, providing resources and ideas for an above reproach method to mentor men.

We provide tools to support local pastors to shepherd and raise up men to consider the call to ministry.
